Portobellos, cèpes, morels and chanterelles in an earthy mushroom sauce, served in a vol au vent

Lamb Loin Rosemary
Fresh lamb loin marinated in garlic, rosemary and EVOO. Grilled and served with Mediterranean eggplant flan, red pepper coulis and rosemary sauce

Finished with pomme purée, grilled carrots and bourbon jam
